Eric is a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in capital markets, financial planning & analysis, treasury management, and growth stage business strategy. He partners with founders and CEOs to help companies build scalable financial systems, enhance profitability, improve cash flow visibility, and access the capital needed to accelerate growth. His experience spans e-commerce, consumer products, capital markets, and emerging businesses, where he combines financial discipline with practical operational leadership.
In addition to serving as a trusted financial advisor, Eric leverages deep institutional capital markets and treasury experience to help clients make more informed decisions. He holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA® ) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and actively mentors founders through the Kinetic Capital Incubator Program, helping entrepreneurs become investor-ready, refine their financial narratives, and prepare for successful fundraising efforts. Through this work, he supports the broader startup ecosystem and contributes to initiatives such as Silicon Slopes' entrepreneurial community.

Billing: Both flat rate and hourly. Prefer retainer but will perform project or hourly work.
